This website has been created by Aimhigher County Durham to tell young people and their parents about the alternatives to A Levels.

As you reach your teens, you may begin to think about GCSEs, jobs, careers or university. There are many sources of information available, for example Connexions and your school can be a good place to start.

Often what you need is unbiased advice from a source that hasn’t got any ulterior motives. That is the purpose of teenmachine – unbiased, up to date advice on careers, apprenticeships, training providers and career progression opportunities.
